Finished in the team's distinctive purple and white colourway, it features original Silk Cut sponsorship branding, Henri-Lloyd embroidery and a personalised crew patch identifying navigator Steve Hayles, No. 10.

During the race, Silk Cut set a remarkable 24-hour distance record of 449.1 nautical miles, demonstrating the extraordinary speed and performance of the new generation of Whitbread 60 yachts.
