ODLO WIND UK LIMITED Limited (“henrilloyd.com”) advise you to review the following basic rules that govern the use of our Site (the “Agreement”). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by this Agreement.


Henrilloyd.com is a website operated by ODLO WIND UK LIMITED Limited, hereby referred to as ”Henri-Lloyd”.

These terms and conditions governs the selling terms of all orders placed by any customer, hereafter referred to ”you” or ”the customer” on the website henrilloyd.com. By ordering a product you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. Please read and make sure you understand them before placing your order.

The customer and Henri-Lloyd are hereafter referred to as the ”Parties”.

Henri-Lloyd reserves itself the rights to amend its terms and conditions. Any new version will not act retroactively and the parties are only bound by the terms and conditions which are online on the day the order is placed.

Online purchase

By placing an order on henrilloyd.com you are offered to purchase products which all are subject to these terms and conditions:

To place an order on the site you must be 18 years of age and make sure that all details you provide us with are accurate.

The parties agree that any photo of the products hold no contractual value.

Henri-Lloyd retains the right to refuse any purchase request made by you on legitimate grounds such as not being able to process your payment or a product being out of stock.

Our Site will guide you step by step for finalising your purchase and placing your order. You will be informed with a recap detailing the substantial information of your order before placing your purchase. We strongly recommend you to check all the details of your order before placing your purchase as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your details afterwards.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase once you have placed an order on the Site. This email is only an acknowledgment of your order and is not a contract of sale. A contract between us and you for the purchase of the product will be created once your order has been dispatched and left our warehouse.

Products are subject to availability. If a Product becomes out of stock between the time you place an order and the time our warehouse processes it, we will cancel the purchase of said product since it is no longer available. If this is the case, we will notify you and issue a refund.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a cancellation email. If payment has already been withdrawn for such cancelled order, we will refund the same amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, henrilloyd.com will contact you.

Pricing and payments

Prices stated on the Site apply to all orders made through the Site. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs and any other costs which might apply will be charged in addition and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Please note that local taxes and/or charges may apply on any order and must be handled and paid by the customer.

Henri-Lloyd has the right to change or update information on the website at any time and without any warning, this includes price information, product information or any other details.

All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment service provider you’ve chosen when checking out your cart. If the service provider refuses or does not authorise your payment, the order will be cancelled and you will be notified via email and/or the checkout process.

Any special offers or discounts offered on the site may be object to separate conditions which will be stated on the website at the time of issue.

We reserve the right to withdraw any special offer or discount without prior warning.

Please note that Henri-Lloyd is not to be liable for any bank of separate transfer charges.

International Shipping, Pricing and VAT Policy

At Henri-Lloyd , we believe in transparency and consistency when it comes to pricing our products for customers around the world. While the costs of doing business in different markets vary, we strive to create a seamless shopping experience regardless of where our customers are located. Here is a guide to how we handle pricing and taxation for orders shipped : Orders Shipped to the European Union Following the UK's departure from the European Union, additional duty charges may be incurred on goods shipped from the UK to EU countries. To counterbalance these charges and provide a fair experience to our EU customers, we have adjusted our prices slightly lower for those shopping within the EU. This means that while you may notice a minor difference in product prices due to these adjustments, the total amount you pay for your order remains consistent with our global pricing structure. Orders Shipped to the Channel Islands For VAT purposes, the Channel Islands, including Guernsey, are not part of the UK. As a result, orders being shipped to the Channel Islands are treated as zero-rated exports from our end, meaning we don't apply UK VAT to these orders. Despite this, the total amount you pay for your order remains in line with our standard global pricing. This is part of our commitment to offering all of our customers a single, consistent sales price around the world, subject to minor differences due to exchange rates. Global Pricing Policy Regardless of where you shop with us, the total amount you pay for your order will largely remain the same. This is because we consider the varied costs of doing business across all markets we operate in, and price our products based on a variety of commercial market factors. This approach ensures our customers experience consistent pricing, irrespective of their geographical location. Please note that this policy may change in line with alterations to law or taxation practices, and we recommend customers stay informed of any potential additional costs by checking with local authorities before making a purchase.

Shipping and deliveries

Shipping costs will be charged in addition to any purchase you make on the website. The cost for said shipping is clearly stated where applicable and is always included in the ”total cost” section in the checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within one (1) to two (2) working days following the confirmation email. Please note that dispatch time might take longer due to high seasons-sales, unexpected events or availability of product.

We will carry out a pre-authorisation check on the card used for purchase to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you have purchased will not be dispatched until this check has been completed and payment has been captured.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your parcel has been dispatched, indicating an estimation of the time of delivery. The promised delivery time starts from the moment you receive your confirmation email.

Depending on where you are located, you will be given various delivery options. The amount of the delivery fee will depend on the delivery option you decide to choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process.

You must provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address information as we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend it after purchase. The customer is solely responsible for any error of delivery due to a lack of information or error on the delivery address while placing the order. Risk and ownership shall be transferred to you once the products have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Our carriers will make every effort to deliver your order within the promised delivery time. Nevertheless, delays are sometimes inevitable. Please contact our customer service if you have not received your parcel within the promised delivery time.

Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

Returns and refunds

You can return any product bought from the website for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. When returning a product it needs to be in its original condition, unwashed and with all hangtags still attached. If you would like to make a return please use the enclosed return label, should you have any further questions please contact us at returns@henrilloyd.com

As soon as your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by us, we will issue a refund. The return process can take up to two (2) weeks from the moment you send back your product.

Once we have processed your return, you will receive a credit memo email. You will then receive your refund within two (2) to five (5) working days. We will refund the amount paid, taking into account any discounts applied. The refund will not include any delivery fees you have paid. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the product. If you paid by invoice, your payment provider might need to contact you for issuing the refund.

Please note that you can only return products which you purchased on the website.


All trademarks, names and logotypes displayed on the site are registered trademarks of Henri-Lloyd. No images, text or video is to be used without written permission from Henri Lloyd. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce or in any way distribute documents from the website.


We take every single customer very seriously and will try and resolve any dispute as soon as it arises. If you have any complaint we ask you to contact our customer support as soon as possible using the information provided on the website.
