How do I apply for the pro program?
You can apply by filling out the application, you will need to use the email address on your account and submit proof of your certification.
How long does it take to receive discount?
The application process usually takes up to 48 hours. Once approved, the discount should be active immediately, however there may be some instances this could take 24 hours.
What products is my discount valid for?
The discount is valid for all full price products on our website.
What do I do if my application is rejected?
If your application is rejected, it may be for one of many reasons. If you believe you have been wrongly rejected, please contact us.
Can I transfer my discount to another account/email?
No discounts can not be transferred between persons or accounts.
How long is my discount valid?
The discount will be valid for 12 months, after that period another application will need to be submitted.
