• Gift cards do not expire and can be used online and in-store at all UK locations.
• They can be used across multiple purchases until the balance is fully spent.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
• If you return an item bought with a gift card, the refund will go back onto the same card.
• Treat your gift card like cash - we can’t replace lost or stolen cards unless unused and with proof of purchase.
• Gift cards are issued in GBP and must be redeemed in the same currency. If purchasing from outside the UK, currency conversion will apply at checkout.
• Gift cards can’t be bought with another gift card or used with a discount code.
