I already have a pair

"I already have a pair of these, but this review is about the latest pair i bought in the sales online with Henri llyd. Well i cannot tell you what they are like because they never arrived. The delivery company hired by HL delivered to a different address and i have contacted HL 5 times trying to let them know starting twice on the day it said it had been delivered. Well when i finally go an answer from a human there was no sorry sire let me help you with this. I was asked to download a form and sign it and there was the words police and stuff. Meaning they obviously think i have them. Well i do not have them, i have had many things from HL over many years. Never had an issue with getting the item, first time the HL chosen delivery company delivers to the wrong place i'm made to feel like a criminal instead of them fighting my case with the delivery company. Well i am now £70+ pounds out of pocket, i will make sure after 30 years + being a customer that i never bother HL again. They have lost my custom. Very unhappy about this as i was a big supporter of the brand and have 25 plus items of clothing from them in my house ."

I've purchased numerous Henri Lloyd

"I've purchased numerous Henri Lloyd shirts in the past. Purchased three more shirts in different colours to add to my partner's collection but the quality is rubbish. Much thinner fabric, Large size shirt is considerably smaller than the older shirts. The fabric pilled the first time they were worn and they look shabby. Very poor quality for the money paid, I won't be buying any more Henri Lloyd gear."
