We offer Standard and Express shipping options. Time in transit for each of those will depend on the destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout after you enter delivery address. Please also allow up to 24 hours for packing and processing of your order at our warehouse.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that listed transit times are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed as they can be affected by customs clearance.

We offer free standard delivery over a threshold - this will be displayed in your local currency on the product page. Below the threshold, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

All customs taxes and duties are calculated at checkout.

In order to improve the speed, flexibility, and efficiency of shipments to all of our customers globally, we have taken the decision to partner with Bleckmann, a global logistics provider with 160 years of expertise. Your order will now be fulfilled from our Netherlands facility.

Deliveries to UK

We cover all import duties for delivery of orders to customers in the UK.

As of February 2025, shipments to the UK will be scheduled every Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week so that our UK customers continue to receive orders quickly and efficiently. Clustering our UK shipments in this way reduces our impact on the environment and enables us to continue to cover 100% of the import duties and to offer shipping at the same terms and rates.

For express orders, our UK customers can currently expect to receive their orders within 2-3 days from dispatch. Transit time for standard orders will be 4-5 days from dispatch.

We will review the arrangements for delivery to UK on an ongoing basis to ensure our customers continue to receive the best possible service.

Tracking your order

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your spam folder if you don't see your confirmation in your primary inbox.

To track your order please click on the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that due to customs clearance of orders for UK, you may find that tracking will be updated by Royal Mail after a day or two after dispatch.
