How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for packing and processing of your order at our warehouse. Once your order has been booked in with the carrier, you will receive an email with your order tracking. It can take 2-3 days for tracking to be updated on carrier website. Please note that listed transit times are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.
  • To track your order please click the tracking link on the shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received the shipping confirmation email please check your spam folder. For further help, please email info@henrilloyd.com.
  • All confirmation, shipping and tracking email notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. So, please ensure that this information is correct when entered, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

I have received an incorrect item in my order/something is missing from my order.
  • Please email us at info@henrilloyd.com and include your order number and the items you were expecting but did not receive and include images of each item received with the barcode visible.
Can I have something repaired?
  • If you have something you would like to have repaired, we have partnered with specialists in outdoor wear repairs, Scottish Mountain Gear for our UK repairs. Please Click Here for more information.
  • Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a repairs service for non-UK repairs. However, we are currently looking into a quality solution for this and hope to have something very soon.
 I have a faulty item – what should I do?
  • If you have received a defective item, please notify us immediately via email with order number, images of the item and of its defects to info@henrilloyd.com
  • If you item has developed a faulty, please contact us describing the issue and how the fault occurred including your order number and images of the item and the issue in question.
Where is my refund?
  • We advise to allow up to 14 working days for the return to arrive at our depot and be processed, and for the refund to clear in your bank account. If after 14 working days you have not received a refund, please contact info@henrilloyd.com.

Can I return something I purchased in-store, online?
  • Sometimes, we can make amendments and/or cancel an order within 15 minutes of the order being placed. However, please note that this is not a guarantee. If you have made a mistake and we are unable to amend, we advise to return the item/order via the usual return process, which you can find under “How to I return or exchange something?”.
How do I return or exchange something?
  • If for any reason you need to return an item, you have up to 30 days from receipt of your order in which to do so. Please ensure that the item/s are unworn and in their original condition with all tags still attached. To create you return label, please Click Here
  • We do not currently offer an exchange service. Should you require an alternative size, please follow the usual return process and place a new order.

What size should I buy?
  • We have a size guide to assist you in determining the correct fit. Please view Women’s Here and Men’s Here.
  • Sailing shells come up larger to allow for layering
  • Base layers are designed to sit Next To Skin (NTS) in order to work better.
Can I wash and/or reproof my sailing gear?
  • Yes! We recommend using Nikwax products if you find your jacket and/or salopettes need reproofing. Please always ensure to follow the garment’s care instructions, and the instruction guides for the re-proofing products.
An item I like is out of stock, what can I do?
  • Sometimes we will restock some of our products to be available again soon. To be amongst the first to know, sign up to our newsletter to receive updates Here.
  • However, some products might be limited edition or seasonal and won’t be stocked again. So, we advise to act quickly if you see something you like as it may not return.
