How do I join the Henri-Lloyd Loyalty Programme?

Simply create or log in to your Henri-Lloyd account at checkout or via the account icon on our website. You’ll automatically become a loyalty member - no separate sign-up required.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn points every time you shop with us online or in-store. Points are added to your account once your order is confirmed. Occasionally, we’ll also reward you with bonus points for activities such as leaving a review or referring a friend. Points can also be earnt when shopping with our of our third-party retailers, simply upload your receipt via our rewards page.

How do I check my points balance?

Log in to your Henri-Lloyd account and click on the Rewards tab. You’ll see your current points balance, available rewards, and your tier status. Your balance will also be displayed on your account page.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you’ve collected enough points, you can redeem them on our rewards page for money off your next purchase. Simply log in, select your reward, and apply the code to your next purchase.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned, so be sure to redeem them in time.

Can I earn points on discounted or sale items?

Yes, you’ll still earn points on sale purchases unless otherwise stated during promotional events.

Do I earn points for purchases made in Henri-Lloyd stores?

Yes, you earn points as normal through our official Henri-Lloyd stores! Simply provide your name and email when you pay. We're even offering double points for all in-store purchases!

Can I combine loyalty rewards with other discounts or promotions?

In most cases, loyalty rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or offers. Any exceptions will be clearly noted during checkout.

What happens if I return an order?

If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance once the return is processed.

How do loyalty tiers work?

As you spend more with Henri-Lloyd, you’ll unlock new tiers that give you enhanced benefits - such as bonus point multipliers, early access to products, or exclusive member events.

I forgot to log in before placing my order - can I still earn points?

Yes. As long as you used the same email address associated with your account, points will be automatically added once your order is confirmed.

Can I transfer my points to someone else?

Points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder.

I’ve redeemed a reward but didn’t use it - can I get my points back?

Unfortunately, once a reward has been claimed, the points are deducted and cannot be reinstated. However, your unused reward code will remain valid until its expiry date.
