Rash VestWith the event being held in Barcelona, the temperatures make the physical environment extreme. Rash vests need to protect against abrasion from the the PFD (personal floation device) and safety gear each sailor must wear, whilst also keeping them cool and protecting them from the sun’s UV rays.
