INEOS Britannia

Official Performance Clothing Partner

Since 2023, Henri-Lloyd has been proud partners of INEOS Britannia, Challenger of Record for the 37th America’s Cup in Barcelona in 2024 and winner of the Louis Vuitton Cup.

As the official performing clothing partner, Henri-Lloyd provides the entire INEOS team with our performance apparel, designed collaboratively and exclusively for them with our in-house design and development team.

From onshore staff to those in the base, coaches, chaser boats and the on-water racing team themselves, everything the team wears is produced by Henri-Lloyd.

As the evolution in design and technology of America’s Cup boats continues, it brings new demands and challenges on the technical apparel. The team require performance wear that enables the team to perform at their best both on and off the water. Just as every piece of hardware onboard INEOS Britannia is critical, every seam and every stitch has been engineered to deliver the optimal performance. The extreme nature of the competition requires kit that delivers in a wide range of conditions.

“One of the mainstays during my career has been Henri-Lloyd. They have proven themselves to be at the forefront of performance and innovation. With over 60 years of experience producing the best performance sailing clothing in the world, Henri-Lloyd will again support us as we push the boundaries of what is possible.”

- INEOS Britannia, Team Principal and Skipper, Sir Ben Ainslie.

Henri-Lloyd has a long-standing relationship both with the America’s Cup and Sir Ben Ainslie, the team principle and skipper of the INEOS Britannia team. We have developed specialised kits for several high-profile teams over the years, including one of the most famous in America's Cup history — Dennis Conner's legendary comeback in 1987, where he and his team reclaimed glory for the Americans aboard Stars & Stripes in Fremantle, Australia.
